This baby and kids workshop was specially designed to help parents and carers know and learn what to do in a first aid emergency involving kids – their own or someone under their care.

In this fun, relaxed 3 hour workshop, we explore the basics of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and what to do in emergencies including choking, trauma, bites and stings, allergies, anaphylaxis & breathing difficulties and more. Learn how to perform CPR on a manikin and how to confidently use an auto-injector.

You will leave feeling empowered and armed with take-home notes, a summary poster and a goodie bag with a few handy things for you to keep. We will be available for any questions or concerns after the workshop as well.
